Lydell Lettsome, MD

Dr. Lettsome is the Director of General Surgery and Weight Reduction for Lexington Plastic Surgeons. He is board certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery and has studied under some of the most prominent and well respected surgeons in his field. Outside the office, he serves the Dorcas Medical Mission Team providing free medical and surgical care to countries like St. Lucia, Dominica, and Ghana, West Africa.

Dr. Lettsome has been active in the profession for 11 years. He specializes in tummy tucks, breast augmentation, liposuction combined with buttock augmentation and general surgery. He takes great pride in providing technologically advanced, emotionally supportive and financially manageable health care to all his patients.
